  • 2 tablespoon Mirin
  • 1 tablespoon Sake
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, mirin, sake, and sugar.
  3. 3. Add the chicken pieces to the bowl and marinate for 10 minutes.
  4. 4. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  5. 5. Add the marinated chicken to the pan and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 10-15 minutes.
