Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken Breast, shredded
  • 4 cups Mixed Greens
  • 1 cup Cucumber, sliced
  • 1 cup Carrots, julienned
  • ¼ cup Green Onions, chopped
  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mixed greens, cucumber, carrots, and green onions.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and honey until well combined.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
