Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup All-purpose Flour
  • 2 pieces Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Cabbage shredded
  • 4 pieces Bread Rolls preferably brioche
  • ½ cup Tonkatsu Sauce
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. 2. Dredge chicken in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  3. 3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  4. 4. Toast bread rolls lightly.
  5. 5. Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of each roll, place fried chicken on top, add shredded cabbage, and drizzle with tonkatsu sauce. Top with the other half of the roll.
