Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken Thighs boneless, skinless
  • 1 large Carrot sliced
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat a pot over medium heat and add a bit of oil.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the chicken thighs and cook until they are no longer pink.
  4. 4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  5. 5. Add the sliced carrot and soy sauce. Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 20 minutes.
  6. 6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
