Japanese Chicken Stir Fry Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken Breast sliced thin
- 1 Onion sliced
- 2 Bell Peppers sliced
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Ginger minced
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add vegetable oil.
Add the chicken slices and stir-fry until cooked through. Remove from wok and set aside.
In the same wok, add a bit more oil if needed, then add garlic and ginger. Stir-fry for about 30 seconds.
Add the onion and bell peppers. Stir-fry until they start to soften.
Return the chicken to the wok. Add soy sauce and sesame oil. Stir well to combine.
Add the cornstarch mixture and stir until the sauce thickens.
Serve hot with steamed rice.
