- 500 g Chicken tenders
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Mirin
- 1 tablespoon Sake
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, mirin, sake, and sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
2. Add chicken tenders to the bowl and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Add the marinated chicken tenders to the pan and cook for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
