- 1 kg Chicken Wings
- ¼ cup Soy Sauce
- ¼ cup Mirin
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Grated Ginger
- 1 teaspoon Grated Garlic
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, mirin, sugar, grated ginger, and grated garlic.
Add chicken wings to the bowl and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Place the marinated chicken wings on a baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
