  • 1 cup Shallots, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup Garlic, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Red chili flakes
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the shallots and garlic, and cook until golden brown.
  3. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  4. Stir in the chili flakes, soy sauce, sugar, and salt.
  5. Transfer to a jar and let cool completely before sealing.
