  • 1 cup Vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Red pepper flakes
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Soy sauce

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the vegetable oil and sesame oil in a small saucepan over medium heat until hot but not smoking.
  2. 2. Add the minced garlic and ginger, and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. 3. Remove from heat and stir in the red pepper flakes and soy sauce.
  4. 4. Let the mixture cool slightly, then strain into a heatproof bowl.
  5. 5. Store in an airtight container and use as desired.
