Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Sushi Rice cooked and seasoned
- 200 grams Sashimi-grade Fish sliced
- 1 piece Cucumber julienned
- 1 piece Avocado sliced
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
1. Cook the sushi rice according to the package instructions.
2. In a small bowl, mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt until dissolved. Pour over the cooked rice and mix well.
3. Arrange the sushi rice in bowls. Top with sliced sashimi-grade fish, cucumber, and avocado.
4. Drizzle soy sauce over the top and serve immediately.
