- 12 pieces Strawberries washed and dried
- 200 grams Dark chocolate chopped
- 50 grams White chocolate chopped, for drizzling
1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler until smooth.
3. Dip each strawberry into the melted dark chocolate, allowing any excess to drip off. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
4. Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler and drizzle over the chocolate-covered strawberries.
5. Let the chocolate set at room temperature or refrigerate for faster results.
