Japanese Chow Mein Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 200 g chow mein noodles
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 100 g cabbage, shredded
- 100 g bean sprouts
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cook the chow mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside. 
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. 
- Add onion and garlic, stir-fry until fragrant. 
- Add carrot, bell pepper, and cabbage. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes. 
- Add the cooked noodles and bean sprouts to the pan. 
- Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Toss everything together. 
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
