Japanese Chow Mein Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 200 g chow mein noodles
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 100 g cabbage, shredded
- 100 g bean sprouts
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cook the chow mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
Add onion and garlic, stir-fry until fragrant.
Add carrot, bell pepper, and cabbage. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
Add the cooked noodles and bean sprouts to the pan.
Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Toss everything together.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
