Ingredients 

Dough

  • 3 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Milk warm
  • 2 ¼ teaspoon Active dry yeast
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • ¼ cup Butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Filling

  • ½ cup Brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Cinnamon
  • ¼ cup Butter softened

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. Add sugar, melted butter, and salt to the yeast mixture. Gradually add flour and mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
  4. Roll out the dough into a rectangle. Spread softened butter over the dough, then sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
  5. Roll up the dough tightly and cut into 8 pieces. Place on a baking tray and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
