  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 tablespoon Sake
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the clams and sake, then cover the pot and cook until the clams open.
  4. 4. Add the soy sauce, sugar, and water. Stir well and cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Serve hot and enjoy!
