  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Mirin
  • 1 tablespoon Sake
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Mix soy sauce, mirin, sake, and sugar in a bowl.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. 3. Add cod fillets to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  4. 4. Pour the sauce mixture over the cod and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  5. 5. Serve hot with steamed rice and vegetables.
