Main Ingredients
- 4 fillets Cod about 6 oz each
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoon Mirin
- 1 tablespoon Sake
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
1. Mix soy sauce, mirin, sake, and sugar in a bowl.
2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
3. Add cod fillets to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side.
4. Pour the sauce mixture over the cod and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
5. Serve hot with steamed rice and vegetables.
