Ingredients

  • 2 cups Brewed coffee strong
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Gelatin powder
  • 2 tablespoon Water cold

Instructions 

  1. 1. Dissolve gelatin in cold water and let it sit for a few minutes.
  2. 2. In a saucepan, heat the brewed coffee and sugar until the sugar dissolves.
  3. 3. Add the gelatin mixture to the coffee and stir until completely dissolved.
  4. 4. Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and refrigerate until set, about 2-3 hours.
  5. 5. Cut the jelly into cubes and serve with whipped cream or condensed milk if desired.
