Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Soba Noodles
  • 1 cup Dashi Stock
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Mirin
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Grated Ginger
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped Green Onions

Instructions 

  1. Cook the soba noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine dashi stock, soy sauce, mirin, sugar, sesame oil, and grated ginger. Mix well.
  3. Divide the noodles into bowls and pour the sauce over them. Garnish with chopped green onions.
