Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 400 g Ramen Noodles
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Grated Ginger
  • 2 Boiled Eggs halved
  • 1 cup Cucumber julienned
  • 1 cup Carrot julienned
  • 1 cup Cooked Chicken shredded
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped Green Onions

Instructions 

  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water. Set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chicken broth, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and grated ginger. Mix well to make the sauce.
  3. Divide the cooked noodles into serving bowls. Pour the sauce over the noodles.
  4. Top with boiled eggs, cucumber, carrot, cooked chicken, and chopped green onions.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
