  • 2 tablespoon Mirin
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Butter Melted

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, mirin, and sugar until the sugar dissolves.
  3. 3. Brush the corn with melted butter.
  4. 4. Place the corn on the grill and cook for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until slightly charred.
  5. 5. Brush the soy sauce mixture onto the corn during the last few minutes of grilling.
  6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
