Ingredients

  • 2 cups Corn kernels fresh or frozen
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the corn kernels and sauté for 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the milk and continue to simmer for another 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Use a blender to puree the soup until smooth.
  6. 6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.
