Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Sushi rice
  • 4 sheets Nori (seaweed)
  • 200 grams Imitation crab meat or real crab meat
  • 100 grams Cream cheese cut into strips
  • 1 small Cucumber cut into strips
  • 1 small Avocado sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the sushi rice according to the package instructions. Once cooked, mix in rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Let it cool.
  2. 2. Place a sheet of nori on the sushi mat. Spread an even layer of sushi rice over the nori, leaving a small border at the top.
  3. 3. Arrange strips of crab meat, cream cheese, cucumber, and avocado across the center of the rice.
  4. 4. Using the sushi mat, carefully roll the nori and rice over the filling, pressing gently but firmly.
  5. 5. Wet the edge of the nori with a little water to seal the roll. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
  6. 6. Slice each roll into bite-sized pieces with a sharp knife. Serve with soy sauce, pickled ginger, and wasabi.
