  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Mirin

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Score the pork belly skin in a criss-cross pattern.
  3. Rub the pork belly with salt, black pepper, soy sauce, and mirin.
  4. Wrap the pork belly in aluminum foil and place it on a baking tray.
  5. Bake for 90 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes to crisp up the skin.
  6. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
