Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked sushi rice
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the vegetable oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the cooked sushi rice to the pan and spread it out evenly.
  3. 3. Press down on the rice with a spatula to form a compact layer.
  4. 4. Cook for about 10 minutes or until the bottom is golden and crispy.
  5. 5. Drizzle soy sauce and sesame oil over the crispy rice.
  6. 6. Flip the rice and cook the other side until crispy.
  7. 7. Remove from heat and serve hot.
