  • 2 units Japanese cucumbers sliced thin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Soy sauce

Instructions 

  1. 1. Slice the cucumbers thinly and place them in a mixing bowl.
  2. 2. Add salt to the cucumbers and mix well. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Rinse the cucumbers under cold water to remove excess salt, then drain well.
  4. 4. In a separate bowl, mix rice vinegar, sugar, and soy sauce until the sugar dissolves.
  5. 5. Pour the vinegar mixture over the cucumbers and mix well. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
