Ingredients 

Spice Mix

  • 2 tablespoon Coriander Seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Fenugreek Seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Black Peppercorns
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cloves

Instructions 

  1. 1. Toast the coriander, cumin, and fenugreek seeds in a dry pan over medium heat until fragrant.
  2. 2. Let the seeds cool, then grind them into a fine powder using a spice grinder.
  3. 3. Mix the ground seeds with the turmeric, black pepper, mustard seeds, ground ginger, ground cinnamon, and ground cloves in a bowl.
  4. 4. Store the curry powder in an airtight container.
