  • 3 tablespoon Butter
  • 4 tablespoon All-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon Curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper optional

Instructions 

  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add the flour and whisk continuously until it turns golden brown.
  3. Stir in the curry powder, garam masala, paprika, and cayenne pepper (if using).
  4. Cook for another minute, stirring constantly, until the spices are well combined and fragrant.
  5. Remove from heat and let it cool. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
