  • 1 large Daikon Radish peeled and sliced
  • 2 cups Dashi Stock
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Mirin
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar

Instructions 

  1. 1. Peel and slice the daikon radish into rounds.
  2. 2. In a pot, bring dashi stock to a boil.
  3. 3. Add the sliced daikon radish to the pot.
  4. 4. Add soy sauce, mirin, and sugar. Stir well.
  5. 5. Simmer for 20 minutes or until daikon is tender.
  6. 6. Serve hot.
