- 1 large Daikon radish peeled and julienned
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds toasted
- 1 stalk Green onion sliced thinly
1. Peel and julienne the daikon radish.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
3. Add the julienned daikon to the bowl and toss to coat.
4. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and sliced green onion.
5. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes before serving.
