Instructions
1. Peel and slice the daikon radish.
2. In a pot, bring the dashi stock to a boil.
3. Add the sliced daikon radish to the pot and simmer for 20-25 minutes until tender.
4. Add soy sauce, mirin, and salt to the pot. Stir well.
5. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
