- ½ cup Soy sauce
- ¼ cup Rice vinegar

- 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon Green onions, chopped
In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, mirin, sesame oil, and sugar. Whisk until the sugar is dissolved.
Add minced garlic, grated ginger, and chopped green onions. Stir to combine.
