  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Mirin
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 cup Water

Instructions 

  1. 1. Soak dried mushrooms in water for 30 minutes.
  2. 2. Drain the mushrooms and slice them thinly.
  3. 3. In a pan, combine soy sauce, mirin, sugar, and water. Bring to a boil.
  4. 4. Add the sliced mushrooms to the pan and simmer for 10-15 minutes until the liquid is mostly absorbed.
