- 8 pieces Chicken Drumsticks
- ¼ cup Soy Sauce
- ¼ cup Mirin
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Grated Ginger
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, mirin, sugar, grated ginger, and sesame oil.
Add the chicken drumsticks to the bowl and coat them well with the marinade. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Place the drumsticks on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, turning them halfway through, until they are fully cooked and golden brown.
Serve hot with steamed rice or your favorite side dish.
