Ingredients 

Filling

  • 200 g Ground pork
  • 1 cup Cabbage, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
  • 20 pieces Gyoza wrappers

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, cabbage, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and ginger. Mix well.
  2. 2. Place a small spoonful of filling in the center of each gyoza wrapper.
  3. 3. Wet the edges of the wrapper with water, fold in half, and press to seal.
  4. 4. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a bit of oil. Place gyoza in the pan and cook until the bottoms are golden brown.
  5. 5. Add a splash of water to the pan and cover with a lid. Steam for about 5 minutes or until the water has evaporated.
  6. 6. Serve hot with dipping sauce.
