- 4 fillets Eel fresh or frozen
- ½ cup Soy Sauce
- ½ cup Mirin
- ¼ cup Sugar
1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, mirin, and sugar until the sugar is dissolved.
2. Brush the eel fillets with the sauce mixture.
3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
4. Grill the eel fillets for about 5-7 minutes on each side, brushing with more sauce as needed.
