  • 2 fillets Eel fresh or frozen
  • 2 cups Rice cooked
  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • ¼ cup Mirin
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the rice in a rice cooker.
  2. 2. In a saucepan, combine soy sauce, mirin, and sugar. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer until slightly thickened.
  3. 3. Grill the eel fillets until cooked through and slightly charred.
  4. 4. Brush the grilled eel with the sauce and place over the cooked rice.
  5. 5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
