Main Ingredients
- 2 fillets Eel cleaned and cut into pieces
- 4 cups Dashi stock
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Mirin
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 stalks Green onions chopped
1. In a pot, bring the dashi stock to a boil.
2. Add the eel pieces and reduce the heat to a simmer.
3. Stir in the soy sauce, mirin, and salt. Let it simmer for about 20 minutes.
4. Add the chopped green onions and cook for another 5 minutes.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
