  • 2 fillets Eel cleaned and cut into pieces
  • 4 cups Dashi stock
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Mirin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 stalks Green onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a pot, bring the dashi stock to a boil.
  2. 2. Add the eel pieces and reduce the heat to a simmer.
  3. 3. Stir in the soy sauce, mirin, and salt. Let it simmer for about 20 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the chopped green onions and cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Serve hot and enjoy!
