Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 2 cups Cooked Rice preferably day-old
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Mixed Vegetables carrots, peas, corn
  • 2 stalks Green Onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.
  2. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Push the vegetables to one side of the wok and pour the beaten eggs into the other side. Scramble the eggs until fully cooked.
  5. Add the cooked rice to the wok and combine with the vegetables and eggs.
  6. Pour the soy sauce over the rice and stir-fry everything together for another 2-3 minutes.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
