- 4 large eggs
- 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 4 slices white bread crusts removed
- to taste salt and pepper
1. Boil the eggs in a saucepan for about 10 minutes until hard-boiled.
2. Peel the eggs and place them in a mixing bowl. Mash with a fork.
3. Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to the eggs. Mix well.
4. Spread the egg mixture evenly on two slices of bread. Top with the remaining slices.
5. Cut the sandwiches in half and serve.
