  • 4 slices white bread crusts removed

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil the eggs in a saucepan for about 10 minutes until hard-boiled.
  2. 2. Peel the eggs and place them in a mixing bowl. Mash with a fork.
  3. 3. Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to the eggs. Mix well.
