Japanese Egg Sandwich (Tamago Sando) Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 4  large eggs
- 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 4 slices white bread crusts removed
- to taste salt and pepper
- 1. Boil the eggs in a saucepan for about 10 minutes until hard-boiled. 
- 2. Peel the eggs and place them in a mixing bowl. Mash with a fork. 
- 3. Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to the eggs. Mix well. 
- 4. Spread the egg mixture evenly on two slices of bread. Top with the remaining slices. 
- 5. Cut the sandwiches in half and serve.
