  • 1 sheet Puff Pastry thawed

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Cut the puff pastry sheet into circles and fit them into tart molds.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the pastry-lined tart molds.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the filling is set and the pastry is golden brown.
  6. Let the tarts cool before serving.
