Instructions
1. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
3. Add enoki mushrooms and cook for 2-3 minutes.
4. Pour in soy sauce and mirin, and stir well.
5. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until mushrooms are tender.
6. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on top before serving.
