Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Enoki mushrooms trimmed
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Mirin
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds toasted

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add enoki mushrooms and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. 4. Pour in soy sauce and mirin, and stir well.
  5. 5. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until mushrooms are tender.
  6. 6. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on top before serving.
