Ingredients

  • 500 g White fish fillets minced
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 large Egg beaten
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • for frying Vegetable oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine minced fish, panko breadcrumbs, beaten egg, soy sauce, grated ginger, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. 2. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  3. 3. Form the mixture into small balls, about the size of a golf ball.
  4. 4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. 5. Fry the fish balls in batches, turning occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  6. 6. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
  7. 7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
