  • 1 liter Water
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 pcs Green onions chopped
  • 1 inch Ginger sliced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Clean the fish heads thoroughly and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large pot, bring the water to a boil.
  3. 3. Add the fish heads, soy sauce, salt, sugar, green onions, and ginger to the pot.
  4. 4. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes.
  5. 5. Skim off any foam that forms on the surface.
