Instructions
In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, mirin, sake, sugar, and minced garlic.
Place the fish fillets in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them. Make sure the fish is well-coated.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours.
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the marinated fish for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
Serve hot with steamed rice and vegetables.
