- 4 fillets Flounder fresh
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Mirin
- 1 tablespoon Sake
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
1. Mix soy sauce, mirin, sake, and sugar in a bowl.
2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
3. Add flounder fillets to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side.
