Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked Rice preferably short-grain
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil for frying
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
1. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked rice, soy sauce, sesame oil, and salt. Mix well.
2. Shape the rice mixture into small balls, about the size of a golf ball.
3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Fry the rice balls until they are golden brown and crispy on all sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
5. Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
