  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Season shrimp with salt and pepper.
  2. Dredge shrimp in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Fry shrimp until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
