- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- to taste Salt and pepper
- for frying Oil
Season shrimp with salt and pepper.
Dredge shrimp in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with panko breadcrumbs.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Fry shrimp until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
