Ingredients

  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 tablespoon Agar-Agar Powder
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Mixed Fruits (chopped)

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil.
  2. Add agar-agar powder and sugar, stirring until completely dissolved.
  3. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  4. Pour the mixture into molds, adding chopped fruits evenly.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
  6. Serve chilled.
