Ingredients

  • 1 cup Strawberries hulled and halved
  • 1 cup Kiwi peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup Pineapple diced
  • 1 cup Mandarin Oranges drained if canned
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Mint Leaves chopped

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine strawberries, kiwi, pineapple, and mandarin oranges.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey and lemon juice until well combined.
  3. Pour the honey-lemon mixture over the fruit and gently toss to coat.
  4. Garnish with chopped mint leaves before serving.
