Japanese Fruit Salad
A refreshing and simple Japanese fruit salad, perfect for a light dessert or snack.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Strawberries hulled and halved
- 1 cup Kiwi peeled and sliced
- 1 cup Pineapple diced
- 1 cup Mandarin Oranges drained if canned
- 2 tablespoon Honey
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon Mint Leaves chopped
In a large mixing bowl, combine strawberries, kiwi, pineapple, and mandarin oranges.
In a small bowl, whisk together honey and lemon juice until well combined.
Pour the honey-lemon mixture over the fruit and gently toss to coat.
Garnish with chopped mint leaves before serving.
