Main Ingredients
- 4 slices White bread
- 1 cup Whipped cream
- 1 cup Mixed fruits (strawberries, kiwi, mango, etc.) cut into bite-sized pieces
1. Spread a generous amount of whipped cream on one side of each slice of bread.
2. Arrange the mixed fruits on top of the whipped cream on two slices of bread.
3. Place the other two slices of bread on top, whipped cream side down, to form a sandwich.
4. Gently press the sandwiches together and trim off the crusts if desired.
5. Cut the sandwiches in half or into quarters and serve immediately.
