  • 500 g Chicken thighs boneless, skinless
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Mirin
  • 1 tablespoon Sake
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Green onions chopped, for garnish

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, mirin, sake, sugar, and minced garlic.
  3. 3. Add the chicken pieces to the bowl and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  4. 4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. 5. Add the marinated chicken to the pan and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 10-12 minutes.
  6. 6. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
